“Each one has to find his peace from within. And peace to be real must be unaffected by outside circumstances

Yesterday was procedure day for Gabby - lumbar puncture, tons of chemo, and the steroid is back.

Every time she has the procedure, she asks for no "silly medicine".

It gets good at 50 seconds in.

If I didn't laugh, I'd lose my mind.

  1. Ugh. Tough day, I can't even imagine. Sending many positive, healing, kick-cancer-in-the-ass thoughts. Hang in there.

  2. Sending all of you lots of love and grit and laughter to get through the coming days...

  3. That's some good medicine. Makes me so sad to see her there like that, but I'm glad there's something to take the edge off.

  4. one day she'll appreciate the sill medicine. hehe.

    oh i love her.

  5. My prayers go out to you, Gabby and hubby.

  6. Your family is most definitely in my prayers and you two are rock star parents...

  7. Dad.....I love you!
    Melts my heart.
Thinking of you and your family.

  8. pass the kleenex over here...that got to me..

God Bless her and all your family.

    she WILL BEAT this crap.

  9. Oh Gabby. What an ordeal & what an amazing person. Hugs to all of you, hoping you find that peace.

  10. Man, she is a tough kid. I also laughed, by the way. You gotta laugh at her spirit. I can't wait for her to kick this cancer shit and be done with this.

Comments rock.
