Wordless Wednesday

1. Yes, I am working in the dark today. Just for fun. And, reading The Boring Runner. Because he's not boring.

2. After some MORE Google-fu, I found someone suggesting that their peroneal issues are due to one leg being shorter than the other. So I tested that theory out. And check this out... the offedning leg IS in fact about an inch shorter than the other. WTF, anatomy?!

  1. I think it's really common, actually. And I'm with you--Adam is anything but boring!

  2. I was asked that in PT last year. It would make sense for why I am injury prone. Total body out of whack.

  5. My chiro/sports doc says my right leg is shorter because my right quad is super tight. After he works it for awhile, they usually appear a lot more even. ;-)

  6. My right leg is quite a bit shorter than my left one too. It's because my hips are cocked up. A few chiropractic adjustments every few months and he works it right out.

  7. Can you get some bodywork done and see if that helps even you out? Adam is so NOT boring!

  8. I've been doing investigation into my knee issue ... I strongly suspect IT Band now versus knee. AND I read that it can happen from running on a slanted surface and from having bowed legs. Great. Done and done. :(
