Three Things Thursday

1. I was super hard core last night and ran the loop from Suck It Up, Buttercup 5K, followed by 2 miles on the stupid treadmill. In a closed room. With no iPod. And a broken TV.

2. Foam rolling has become my new best friend. I wasn't sold on it, at first - I tried it, and it was hard to figure out (because I'm as coordinated and graceful as a sloth), but I think I've got it down, because it all seems pretty magical now.

3. TWO WEEKS TWO WEEKS TWO WEEKS!!

I seriously need to get a freaking foam roller! I've been wanting one for months. Now is the time!!

TWO WEEKS!!!! I suddenly feel like they are going to go by faster than expected. My tummy just got in knots thinking about it all!!

I think the foam roller is like pushups, you get better at it each time you use it.
