1. I was super hard core last night and ran the loop from Suck It Up, Buttercup 5K, followed by 2 miles on the stupid treadmill. In a closed room. With no iPod. And a broken TV.
2. Foam rolling has become my new best friend. I wasn't sold on it, at first - I tried it, and it was hard to figure out (because I'm as coordinated and graceful as a sloth), but I think I've got it down, because it all seems pretty magical now.
