I'm a mom. A reader. A sometime hiker. A wanna-be chef, an aspiring runner. I like tattoos, Indonesian food, Coach, pretending I can do Yoga, reading, preparing for the zombie apocolypse...
This is odd timing but I was checking out one of my diabetes blog and it linked to a giveway hosted by a family that has a daughter with alopecia. She loves these buffs that make great headcovers and when I saw your post and I knew I had to go back and find it! http://autoimmuneisland.blogspot.com/2011/01/my-first-sugar-bolus-give-way.html Not sure if she's interested in finding some fun head options but wanted to pass it along!
I just read about all your daughter and your family are going through! So sorry to hear about it! I have faith you will make it through and be stronger after it is all done! She looks like an absolutely beautiful girl!
What a brave and beautiful little girl! I'm so glad Funderson has led me to your site again because I know I followed a long time ago but it is so nice to come back and really read your blog...I have a hard time keeping up and am now putting you on my blog roll so I can see your posts every day!
I shaved my head for a while and loved it! Granted I did not have the horrendous situation but it was kinda fun to rub my stubbly head. She is so beautiful that she can totally pull it off :) Hang in there and keep writing on your blog
