So, I split this run over the two week period provided, 4/17-5/1. Did you know 5/1 is International Barefoot Running Day? I sure didn't!
Anyway, my runs were training runs, then the PCRF Half on May 1.
4/21 - 5 mi, 54 min
4/23 - 6.2mi (Jelly Bean 10K!), 1:10:24
4/26 - 4mi, 41:38
5/1 - 13.25 (PCRF Half), official chip time 2:32:53
Total: 28.45mi (because I'm an overachiever), 5:18:55.
