I need to get more active to feel like I want to eat better. Move more, feel better, feel more inspiried to make good food choices. That is how it works for me.

I knew there was a reason I hadn't bought a bic band yet and now I know. Perfect timing, thanks!Deirdrehttp://www.ohwellwhatever.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3992448392811623347.post-75781971075662214312012-01-11T07:39:38.099-08:002012-01-11T07:39:38.099-08:00I'm with you on the "diets" - the la...I'm with you on the "diets" - the latest craze that pisses me off is Paleo. As if it's been at all recent that we've lived like cavemen. There has certainly been some evolution of the human body since then.

Anyway, I lost about 10-15 pounds in 2010 by calorie counting. I basically just aimed to be under my total expenditure. And not under by a lot, just not over. Worked pretty well. Took about 3 months to lose it.chiarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09597283400851387772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3992448392811623347.post-51631913605487159182012-01-10T19:47:10.450-08:002012-01-10T19:47:10.450-08:00I eat all day, every day. I just love food. All of it. I too, lose a bit of extra weight when I cut out bread. That is SO hard though. I adore bread.Beckahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10260238987157763316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3992448392811623347.post-86856666739909363282012-01-10T15:56:11.762-08:002012-01-10T15:56:11.762-08:00Seriously... what is it with the afternoon?! The eating/being conscious part should stop this, right?

I agree with you, that extra 10 lbs doesn't bother me all the time either. But, ah, if it was gone, the running would be helped immensely. And I'm like you, I could lose a few pounds, but I don't like diets and I hate starving myself. So I try to do the "everything in moderation," it doesn't always work, but it's a work in progress. I think you're doing great. I may have to order some bic bands!Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12942477087576739697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3992448392811623347.post-18271680660613947012012-01-10T13:25:38.635-08:002012-01-10T13:25:38.635-08:00Running is the only way I can keep my weight off o...Running is the only way I can keep my weight off or at bay. I just plain like food. One of the things that helped me was cutting out bread. I cant believe by cutting out bread my body would be more mucsluar and more defined. Plus one of the things that I notice when I cut out bread was that I stopped craving choc and sweets. When I ate bread I had to have something sweet an hours or two later., One choc would lead to eating the whole bag. I'm am so loving my body right now and I will be turning 50 this year. 50 IS THE NEW 30.Pennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10851378037307779670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3992448392811623347.post-32705631959822879452012-01-10T13:01:32.598-08:002012-01-10T13:01:32.598-08:00I ordered two!I ordered two!Losing Lindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06426520873028196265noreply@blogger.com
